We offer 30-day paid returns for your peace of mind. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

When you request a return, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. Simply attach the label to your parcel and drop it off at the designated location.

Hand wash only, in cold water, using a natural, chemical-free detergent. Do not bleach. Dry in the shade to preserve the fabric's shielding effectiveness.

Use a high-quality EMF meter such as the TriField TF2, Safe and Sound Pro II, or ENV RD-10.

Make sure it’s set to the RF setting. We don’t recommend using cheap meters, as they often give inaccurate results.
