RETURNS

We offer 30-day paid returns for your peace of mind. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

When you request a return, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. Simply attach the label to your parcel and drop it off at the designated location.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, your full refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

We also cover the cost of return shipping- this means you’ll receive a full refund for your purchase with no deductions.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at we_care@goldenkocoon.com

We aim to make shipping simple and reliable. All orders include a tracking number once dispatched.

Australia

  • Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery takes 2–10 business days (metro areas faster, regional & remote areas may take longer)
  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard.
  • We do not currently offer express shipping. If you need your order urgently, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

New Zealand

  • Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery takes 5–10 business days.
  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard.
  • We do not currently offer express shipping. If you need your order urgently, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

 United States  

  • Orders are shipped from our local Amazon warehouses.
  • Delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Canada

Currently, Canadian orders are only available through our official Amazon.ca store. Click here to be redirected.

When you place your order via Amazon.ca, it will be fulfilled from our U.S. warehouses and shipped directly to you in Canada. This ensures faster delivery and reliable tracking.

Other Countries

At this stage, we only ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and Canada. If you’re located elsewhere, please reach out and we’ll see if we can help with a custom order.
