RETURNS
We offer 30-day paid returns for customers in Australia and the United States for your peace of mind. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
These returns apply to orders placed directly through the Golden Kocoon website.
If your product was purchased through Amazon, returns must be handled through Amazon and follow Amazon’s return policies.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
When you request a return, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.
For U.S. returns, we use UPS return labels. Your parcel must be physically dropped off at a UPS location. Pickup services are not included.
Simply attach the label to your parcel and drop it off at the designated carrier location, and place the scannable barcode inside with your product.
Returns are currently only available for customers in Australia and the United States.
Due to the high cost of international shipping, we do not offer returns for orders shipped to New Zealand, the Netherlands, or other international destinations.
Canadian orders are fulfilled through Amazon.ca and are subject to Amazon’s return policies.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Refunds apply to the product purchase price only.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow time for your return parcel to arrive at our warehouse and be processed.
Depending on your location and carrier transit times, this process can take up to three weeks from the date you send your return to receive confirmation of your refund.
If your return does not meet the eligibility requirements (for example, if the item has been used or has been damaged), we will notify you once the item has been inspected.
Shipping
We aim to make shipping simple and reliable. All orders include a tracking number once dispatched.
Australia
- Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery takes 2–10 business days after dispatch (metro areas are typically faster, while regional and remote areas may take longer).
- Orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard.
- We do not currently offer express shipping. If you need your order urgently, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
United States
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are shipped from our local Amazon warehouses.
- Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Canada
Currently, Canadian orders are only available through our official Amazon.ca store. Click here to be redirected.
When you place your order through Amazon.ca, it will be fulfilled from our U.S. warehouses and shipped directly to Canada. This ensures faster delivery and reliable tracking.
All shipping, returns, and customer service for Canadian orders are handled directly through Amazon and follow Amazon’s policies.
International Shipping (New Zealand & Netherlands)
- Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
- All prices, including shipping, are charged in Australian dollars (AUD). Your bank or card provider will automatically convert this amount to your local currency at the current exchange rate.
- Please note that all import VAT and local customs fees may apply upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days for New Zealand and 10–20 business days for the Netherlands, depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
- Orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard.
- We do not currently offer express shipping. If you need your order urgently, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Other Countries
At this stage, we only ship to Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, the United States, and Canada. If you’re located elsewhere, please reach out and we’ll see if we can help with a custom order.
