Return Policy

At Golden Kocoon, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help!

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in the original packaging.
• Please provide proof of purchase for all returns.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at we_care@goldenkocoon.com

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
